The Estate
Chilmark Estates Business Park is a former MoD site occupied by the RAF from 1937 until it was closed in 1995. Purchased by the present owners in 2004, the site has since been developed as a mixed use business park now accommodating a diverse range of rural businesses.
Located in one of Wiltshire's most beautiful settings with excellent communications and services, Chilmark Estates extends to over 65 acres and includes 40,000 sq ft of office, light industrial, storage space and training facilities.
Location
Chilmark Estates is situated just south of the village of Chilmark and some 12 miles west of Salisbury. Tisbury is about 3 miles to the South West, with its vibrant high street, independent shops and mainline train station to Waterloo (1 hour 50 mins). Communications by road are good with the A303 about 3 miles to the north and A30 to the south.
Sitting within an Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty with footpaths running through the estate, Chilmark offers business owners and employees the opportunity to enjoy a rural lifestyle rarely found in business parks, yet within easy reach of good road and rail networks to London and the South West.  With numerous local pubs offering excellent food and recreational activities on the doorstep, Chilmark holds many advantages over those in city locations.
